The additional benefits of having an Extended Warranty include: - Free Call-in Technical Support (Service Center: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST)

- Free replacement if defective item or part cannot be repaired
- Free shipping to and from AVP Security for systems under warranty (lower 48 states only)

General Warranty on Refurbished Systems
All refurbished surveillance systems come with a Passmark BurnIn Test certificate and are thoroughly tested before leaving our warehouse. All refurbished security systems are guaranteed to be in excellent working condition and are fully warranted for 90 days from purchase. Full one (1) year parts & labor warranties are available for every refurbished security system. All refurbished systems have been reconditioned and/or used and may have some minor cosmetic blemishes, examples of which are (but not limited to) small scratches on the case and signs of normal wear and tear. As a service to our customers, if any system is not in working condition upon arrival, we will provide return shipment to our facilities for the defective product, and either replace or repair your purchase with no additional charge to you. |
